Introduction
Exposio proposes a new paradigm in real estate photography to help real estate agents better market their properties. Exposio engineers and designers have developed a unique software and hardware platform dedicated to delivering the best photo quality, efficiency and user experience. This platform has produced more than 9,000,000 photos for real estate agents worldwide and is now being released on the West Coast.

As an Account Executive, you will be assigned a select group of top performing real estate offices and agents to begin to establish business. We are looking for a team member with the ability to quickly identify customer needs through a consultative approach, overcome prospect objections based on current competitor loyalties, and demonstrate product and personal value through relationship building. This is a networking position that requires the skills and the desire to meet new people and is not a position for a shy or bashful person.
All of the training needed to fully understand both real estate photography and the use of the Exposio platform as well as all of your camera equipment and office equipment, will be provided by Exposio.
Overview
The ideal candidate will be professional, experienced, hardworking, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and competitive. Account Executives in our industry must be able to develop strong business relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers and preferred partners.
Primary Responsibilities
You will have the critical tasks of generating new business in your region, daily activities will include:
- Researching all the top performing real estate offices/agents in the territory
- Contacting and meeting with top performing brokers and agents
- Build relationships through sales calls, regular office visits and attending industry events
- Arranging and conducting presentations at offices to increase usage and visibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with preferred partners within the industry
- Managing existing client relationships through personal follow up
- Expected office visits, minimum 8 per week
The ideal candidate will possess the following
- Minimum five years of proven outside sales success
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently from home / mobile office
- Driven to succeed; be part of a team and motivated by money
- Outstanding hunter / closer with commitment and strong work ethic
- Personal transportation and proof of insurance required, this position involves daily local travel within your territory and a flexible schedule
- Experience in the real estate, escrow and title industry a plus
Compensation and Benefits
This is a sales position compensated competitively with a base salary and commissions, As an independent contractor you understand that health insurance, 401k and travel expenses are not provided by the company.
Minimum sales target will earn you $60,000/year but your actual salary has unlimited growth since it is uncapped for your region (base + 25% commission on all the sales you generate).
